Overview:
Join us for a fun and active Youth Sports Day Clinic, where young athletes will have the opportunity to engage in various stations designed to introduce them to the fundamentals of football and soccer. This event is perfect for kids from Kindergarten to 5th grade who are eager to learn and play in a supportive and energetic environment. Program will be run by the Football & Soccer Staff with the help of current Varsity players.

What to Bring:

Comfortable athletic wear
Sneakers or cleats (optional)
Water bottle

Waiver/Release & Sign Up *

I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I may have, or which hereafter accrue to me, as a result of participation in program practices/games or camps and/or competitions in all its forms. I fully understand that specific programs are a contact sport, it is a physical sport, players of all skill levels may be injured practicing or playing the sport/activity, as a parent/guardian I understand the risk and consent to letting my child participate Future Foxes Sports, I also have insurance and agree to hold coaches and organization (Future Foxes Sports) and any facility we use in harmless in case of any injury. The release is intended to discharge in advance Future Foxes Sports, its coaches, owners or volunteers and facility from any and all liability arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in said activity. It is understood that the activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents and knowing those risks, I assume those risks, and I agree to indemnify and to hold the Future Foxes Sports, all persons and entities associated with the Future Foxes Sports free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense, in which they may incur as a result of my death, injury or property of damage that I may sustain while participating in the above activity. I also give (Future Foxes Sports, it’s coaches or volunteers the right to copyright and/or publish, reproduce, or otherwise use my child’s name, voice, and likeness and/or photographs, and audiovisual recordings that include my child for instruction, advertising, program website, publications or brochures, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever. Parental Consent: (to be completed and signed by parent/guardian if applicant is under 18 years of age). I hereby consent that my child may participate in the above activity, and hereby execute the above agreement, release and waiver on his behalf. I state that my child is physically able to participate in said activity. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the persons and entities mentioned above free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which may arise or may be incurred as a result of death, injury, or property damage that said minor may sustain while participating in said activity. I have carefully read this agreement, waiver and release and fully understand its content. I understand that Future Foxes Sports has no affiliation with any High School basketball programs in Westchester County, NY. This is an independent company and playing for or within the organization does not guarantee you a roster spot on any High School or Middle School team in which your child attends or plays for.
